The Estates at Los Paseos Property Owners Association Subdivision was established on July 2002 by Carefree Homes I, L.P.. The 108 lot subdivision, consists of private streets, utility easements located in the private streets, all sidewalks, curb and gutter, for the private streets known as Paseo Dorado Circle, Corona Place, Paseo Del Rey Drive, Paseos de Luz Place, Paseo Royal Drive and a portion of Bob Mitchell Drive. All improvements located in the right-of-way for Bob Mitchell Drive at the entry to the Subdivision consisting of the sign for the Subdivision, landscaping at the entry of the subdivision, the electric gate at the entry, electric meter and water meter servicing the gate and landscaping at the entry way to include a utility easement connecting Paseo Del Rey Drive and Rufus Brijalva, including a break away gate for homeowners to enjoy a stroll to Dick Shinaut City Park.

On April of 2005 Carefree Homes I, L.P., turned over the subdivision to established selected members of the Board of Directors with set forth by-Laws and Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restriction for the City of El Paso, in Texas Non-Profit Association.
